Life.
Our everyday juxtaposition. Both epic and small. Both strong and delicate. Resilient and fragile. Certainly significant and sometimes silly. Warm and cool. Peaks and valleys. Light and shadow. Heartbreaking and gut wrenching. Love. War. The peace encompassing the storm. And here we are, caught in the balance of it all. I have found during my short life that all one can do in the face of such hilarity is to either laugh or cry.
And I think both are perfectly acceptable responses.

Hey. Thank you, your words of support and encouragement always lighten my day. As for books I absolutely recommend:
-'The Power of Now' and 'A New Earth' by Eckhart Tolle (which aren't novels, they all about spiritual enlightenment and personal growth). Excellent!
-'The Kite Runner' or 'A thousand splendid suns' by Khaled Hosseini. POWERFUL. POWERFUL. POWERFUL.
-I liked Angles and Demons by Dan Brown. Just a good read.
Hmm I'll recommend more as they come to my mind :)
I'm always looking for new books so if you have any suggestions please send 'em my way. Hope you're doing well.
Thank you... I think I may read your words whenever I'm on pain killers now. And to answer you, haven't really been feeling better unfortunately. One day...
You said you enjoy non-fictional reading. Have you read Angela's Ashes by Frank McCourt? If not, do. It's really good.
